GrahaVani provides web-based birth-chart computation and reflective digital readings. Features may include free chart visuals, limited free introductory content, and paid digital credits for questions/reports.
2. Not professional advice — no reliance on life decisions
All content is for self-reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, immigration, or other professional advice. You remain solely responsible for decisions you make. Do not disregard professional advice because of anything on this service.
You must not base life actions, major decisions, or expectations of outcomes on this tool. Outputs are interpretive calculations and model-generated text only. Anything that happens in your life after using GrahaVani is your responsibility. See the full Disclaimer — it forms part of these Terms.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your place of residence).
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access for breach, fraud, abuse, or risk to the service.
4. Digital credits and payments
- Paid features require purchase of digital credits/packs via our payment partner.
- Prices may change; the price shown at checkout applies to that purchase.
- Credits are personal, non-transferable, and have no cash value except where law requires.
- Refunds are governed by the Refund / Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to probe, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service;
- Use automated scraping or bulk extraction of readings beyond normal personal use;
- Submit unlawful content or others’ personal data without rights to do so;
- Misrepresent identity or payment authority;
- Resell or redistribute paid outputs as a competing commercial service without permission.
6. Intellectual property
The product name, UI, software, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Chart computation uses third-party libraries under their licenses. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the service as provided.

8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that readings will meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR, IF GREATER, THE MINIMUM LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW).
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your content/inputs, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
11. Changes
We may modify the service or these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
