1. Nature of the product — a tool, not a guide for life decisions
GrahaVani is a software tool. It computes a Vedic-style birth chart from the birth details you provide and generates reflective text using automated models. Outputs are interpretive, probabilistic, and incomplete. They are offered for self-reflection, curiosity, and entertainment only.
Nothing on this service is medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment, tax, immigration, career-counselling, relationship, or other professional advice. Nothing here creates a professional–client relationship of any kind.
2. No reliance — you must not base life actions on this tool
You expressly agree that:
- You will not make, defer, or change any life decision solely or primarily because of any chart, reading, question answer, timeline, score, or suggestion on this service;
- You will not treat any output as a prediction, guarantee, warning, or instruction about health, safety, money, marriage, children, travel, education, employment, litigation, or any other real-world matter;
- Any action you take (or fail to take) in the real world is your own independent choice, for which you alone accept full responsibility;
- If you need advice, you will consult a suitably qualified professional in the relevant field and jurisdiction.
3. Calculation and models — not destiny, not certainty
Chart positions are derived from mathematical astronomy and chosen ayanamsa/house rules. AI readings are generated by statistical language models that can be wrong, incomplete, biased, or inconsistent. Similar inputs may produce different wording. The service does not claim supernatural knowledge, fate, divine instruction, or certainty about future events.
4. Assumption of risk
By using GrahaVani, you voluntarily assume all risk arising from your use of or reliance on any content — including emotional distress, disappointment, or any decision you make. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operators, authors, affiliates, and service providers of GrahaVani disclaim liability for any loss, injury, claim, or damage (direct or indirect) connected to your use of the service or any action taken after viewing its outputs.
5. No warranties; limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE FULLY EXCLUDED UNDER MANDATORY LAW (INCLUDING APPLICABLE CONSUMER PROTECTIONS), IT IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED — AND, WHERE ALLOWED, TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE RELEVANT DIGITAL PRODUCT IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW, WHICHEVER APPLIES.
6. User inputs and third parties
You are responsible for the accuracy of birth data you enter and for not submitting others’ personal data without lawful basis. Third-party authentication, payment, hosting, and AI providers process data under their terms; we are not liable for their independent failures beyond what mandatory law requires.
7. Illegal or harmful use
You must not use the service to harass, defraud, threaten, or harm anyone, or to commit any offence under applicable law (including the laws of India and the place from which you access the service). We may suspend accounts and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
8. Relationship to Terms
This Disclaimer forms part of your agreement to use GrahaVani. If anything conflicts, the interpretation that most limits reliance on outputs as life advice and most limits our liability (to the extent lawful) shall prevail. Governing law and disputes: see Terms.

By continuing to use the service — including casting a chart, reading a report, asking a question, or buying credits — you confirm that you have read this Disclaimer, understand that GrahaVani is only a reflective calculation/tool, and agree that life outcomes and decisions remain yours alone.
